Best Ever Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies



1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp.
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
3 tbs 2% milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups all purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup mini chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 375 F.  Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, mix the peanut butter, butter and sugar until blended.  Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla.  
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.  
Add the dry mixture to the wet, a little at a time, and mix to combine.  Form balls and place on cookie sheets.  Using a fork, flatten the tops.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.  DO NOT OVER BAKE, even if they look undercooked.  They will be perfectly soft & chewy.

Yields 36 cookies.
