Breakfast

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grain Hot Cereal with oats, quinoa, millet, buckwheat, amaranth, kaniwa, hemp, flax + chia  
1 1/4 cup Almond Milk
Organic egg
Avocado
Cracked fresh pepper

Directions:

1 1/4 Almond Milk to a boil in a medium saucepan...stir in 1/3 cup of grains...reduce heat and stir occasionally for 15-20 minutes.
Try this....drop egg white into hot coconut-oiled pan for a few seconds, and then add the yolk so it's cooked through.
Cut avocado to top
Cracked pepper to taste
