2 tablespoons chia seeds (I used Navitas Naturals)
¼ cup almond milk (or milk of choice, or even water) I used Califia Farms pure unsweetned
organic green apple, shredded
Combine chia seeds and almond milk and let sit for 10 minutes. Top with whatever you have and whatever you love basically . . .mix it up from day to day.
More topping ideas: ground flax seeds, hemp seeds, pomegranate seeds, coconut, raspberries, or pear, honey, sliced almonds, Brazil nuts, pecans, fresh nutmeg, sliced baked sweet potato, grapefruit sections, pepitas, and yogurt.
I have to thank Jessica Seinfeld for this deliciousness in a bowl. . . if you are not following her on Instagram you should be. . . and if you would like to see Jessica give a lesson in how she makes her “Glory” Bowls check it out online at Instyle Magazine at #InStylexJess
