glory bowl

Breakfast

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons chia seeds (I used Navitas Naturals)
¼ cup almond milk (or milk of choice, or even water) I used Califia Farms pure unsweetned
organic green apple, shredded
fresh blueberries
walnuts
cinnamon
raw honey

Directions:

Combine chia seeds and almond milk and let sit for 10 minutes. Top with whatever you have and whatever you love basically . . .mix it up from day to day.


Notes:

More topping ideas: ground flax seeds, hemp seeds, pomegranate seeds, coconut, raspberries, or pear, honey, sliced almonds, Brazil nuts, pecans, fresh nutmeg, sliced baked sweet potato, grapefruit sections, pepitas, and yogurt.
