Banana Nut Oatmeal

Breakfast

Ingredients:

1/2 cup large flake oats
2 tsp ground flaxseed
1 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup banana diced
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

In a small saucepan combine the above ingredients. Bring to a boil and stir.
Reduce heat to simmer, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat once it has reached your desired thickness.

Top with additional sliced bananas, walnuts and maple syrup.
Enjoy!
